We are looking for a Mechanical biased Technical Services Manager to join a privately owned, well-run, ambitious and growing Principle Contractor, based near Henley-on-Thames, Oxfordshire.

The company deliver Construction Projects across Berkshire, Oxfordshire, Warwickshire, Hampshire, Surrey, Middlesex, Wiltshire and Buckinghamshire

Clients span the Light Industrial, Commercial Office, Formula1 and NHS sectors with Project Values ranging from £250k up to £15 million.

The company is expanding as they continue to win new projects, and due to that growth they are now looking to secure the services of a Commercially savvy, Mechanical biased, Technical Services Manager.

Predominately based from home & on a number of sites, as a Technical Services Manager you will be taking ownership for a range of M&E packages within a range of Interior Fit Out and New Build Construction Projects.

The right person will be rewarded with a basic salary of between £75k-£85k plus car/car allowance, medical , pension, 25 days annual leave and a profit related bonus
