We are seeking an organised and proactive Internal Project Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for outlining project objectives, participating in project meetings, and ensuring that all aspects of the project are progressing on schedule and within budget. This role requires a highly organised individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Clearly outline business project objectives and participate in project meetings, proposing necessary adjustments.
  • Set and adhere to budgets, implementing cost-saving measures.
  • Monitor project costs, progress, and quality consistently.
  • Organise all project-related paperwork and ensure digital filing is up to date.
  • Communicate with the project manager to continuously define project objectives.
  • Raise purchase orders with contractors and suppliers.
  • Coordinate project team members to maintain workflow schedules.
  • Track project management and key action performance progress.
  • Keep the team on track to ensure the delivery of key priorities.
  • Manage event outputs and follow up, including coordination and management.
  • Take notes, write up meeting minutes, and handle digital filing.
  • Support various programmes and projects, building clarity of process and ways of working.
  • Prepare ‘operation and maintenance’ manuals for completed sites.
  • Perform general administrative duties as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proficiency with computer project management software and hardware.
  • Experience working to deadlines and prioritising workloads for self and others.
  • CSCS card is desirable but can be arranged upon appointment.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and to tight timescales.
  • Highly organised with the ability to work on own initiative.
  • Secretarial and/or administrative experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work well in a group setting.
  • Thorough attention to detail.
