Our client, a highly sought after FTSE100 household brand name, with a stellar reputation for retaining and rewarding its internal talent, is looking to hire a talented Finance Business Partner to join its ranks. The role has been created as a result of an internal move and will act as a key partner to the Commercial Team. You'll be responsible for creating actionable insight, analysis and commentary to stakeholders, aiming to influence and drive decision making to improve the bottom line. The business are highly flexible with just 1 - 2 days expected in the office. Main duties include:* Running and interpreting management reporting to provide decision support insight and analysis * Identifying risks, anomalies and opportunities for the business unit, flagging these to the Finance Manager and Head of Finance* Completing ad hoc and bespoke analysis for the business area as required to drive improvements * Working with internal teams to complete analysis and resolve queries * Producing forecasts and budgets alongside the Finance Manager * Building business cases and support post implementation reviews * Supporting the business to manage project budgetsKey skills & experience required:* ACCA/CIMA Newly Qualified from industry or an astute ACA straight from practice * Strong Excel and numerical skills with a knack for turning data into analysis and insight and being able to articulate this with ease* Excellent communication skills with the ability to build cross-functional relationships * Proactive approach to problem solving* Clear commercial nous and strong understanding of business leversThis is a fantastic opportunity for a diligent Business Partner to kick-start their career in a market leading environment, where future development is a certainty for those who seek to add value and fit well with the positive and collaborative culture.
