What You'll Do:

* Prepare detailed cost estimates for electrical installations, including power distribution, lighting, and fire alarm systems.

* Review tender documents, drawings, and specifications to accurately assess project requirements.

* Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and subcontractors to develop cost-effective solutions.

* Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.

* Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to achieve optimal pricing.

* Analyze tender results and provide recommendations for improving future bids.

What You'll Need:

* Proven experience as an Electrical Estimator in the M&E industry, preferably in the data centre or commercial sectors.

* Strong understanding of electrical engineering principles and industry standards.

* Proficiency in estimating software

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
