What You'll Do:
As a recruiter, you'll be phone-based, engaging with candidates and clients across industries such as life sciences, chemicals, healthcare, and social care. Your role involves building relationships, understanding client needs, and connecting them with the right talent.

Your Day-to-Day:

* Sales and negotiation: Persuade and negotiate with clients and candidates to secure placements.

* End-to-end recruitment: Manage the entire process from understanding client needs to interviewing and closing the deal.
