We are looking for a land consultant for a client of ours who are an independent property company looking to expand their land department.
Area: Sidcup
Company Type: Independent
Hours: Mon – Fri 9am to 6pm (Every other Saturday, Day off in lieu given) Sat 9am - 3pm
Tasks
- Generate new business by sourcing land deals
- Responding to enquiries by phone and email
- Arrange and conduct viewings if needed
- Attending land valuations
- Negotiate offers
- Hitting sales targets/KPI’s on a weekly/monthly basis
