Trade Cover Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Contracts Manager with a strong background in roofing and external works to join a leading contractor operating across London and the Home Counties. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and growing team delivering high-quality projects in both commercial and residential sectors.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee multiple roofing contracts from inception to completion
*
Ensure compliance with all Health & Safety standards on-site
*
Coordinate with site teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth project delivery
*
Monitor progress, budgets, and quality standards
*
Use Microsoft Word, Excel, and Project to manage documentation and scheduling
*
Conduct risk assessments and maintain documentation in line with regulations
Essential Requirements:
*
Proven experience in roofing projects is essential
*
Strong knowledge of Health & Safety regulations, including Asbestos Awareness and Working at Height
*
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and MS Project
*
Experience in externals and refurbishment projects preferred
*
Strong organisational and communication skills
📍 Location: Various sites across London, Kent, Surrey, Buckinghamshire
