• Provide comprehensive support to solicitors in the Private Client department.
• Assist with estate administration, wills, trusts, and Power of Attorney drafting.
• Communicate effectively with clients and other professionals.
• Prepare and manage legal documentation and correspondence.
• Maintain and organise client files with high attention to detail.
• Comply with all legal standards and regulations.
• Conduct legal research and stay up-to-date with developments in private client law.
• Contribute to the overall goals of the team and the professional services firm.

Profile

A successful Private Client Paralegal should have:

• Experience in a Private Client department or similar environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work well under pressure.
• A commitment to providing excellent client service.
