We are looking for an experienced and motivated Salesforce Developer with a strong focus on Salesforce Service Cloud to join our dynamic IT Development team. This role is crucial in supporting and enhancing our Salesforce environment, with a specific focus on Case Management workflows, Insurance Claims handling, document management, and integration with external systems like Azure, AWS, and MuleSoft.
As a Salesforce Developer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams within our Legal Services practice specialising in Corporate Law, to design, document, build, and maintain innovative Salesforce solutions. Your work will streamline legal operations, boost productivity, and improve client service.
Responsibilities include:
- Case Management & Claims Handling.
- Document Management & Integration.
- Custom Development - Developing custom solutions using Apex, Visualforce, LWC, and Aura Components.
- Testing & Collaboration - with business analysts, project managers, and legal teams to define requirements and deliver solutions.
What we're looking for...
Essential skills:
- Salesforce Experience - at least 5 years development experience.
- Legal Industry Knowledge.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, and Salesforce integrations, MuleSoft for example, with Azure, AWS, and third-party tools.
- Communication and organisation.
- Salesforce Certifications:
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I or II.
- Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant.
Desirable skills:
- MuleSoft Certified Developer
- Experience with other enterprise tools in the legal sector (e.g., Aderant, iManage) is a plus.
