Customer Care Advisor - 4-Month Contract (Possibility for Permanent)

We are currently looking for an experienced Customer Care Advisor to join our team on a 4-month contract with the possibility of a permanent position. If you have a passion for customer service and have experience in aftercare roles, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Role Details:

Contract Length: 4 months (with the potential for a permanent role)

*

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 11:00 AM - 3:00 PM (Flexible on hours within this window)

*

No Weekend Work

*

Primarily Home-Based (with occasional visits to offices in Perton, Acton Gate, Telford, and Shrewsbury)

Key Responsibilities:

*

Provide exceptional aftercare support to customers, addressing any issues or queries post-purchase.

*

Handle a variety of customer concerns in a professional, empathetic, and timely manner.

*

Maintain communication with customers throughout the resolution process, ensuring satisfaction at each stage.

*

Work closely with other teams to resolve any service or product-related issues.

*

Record and document all customer interactions for future reference.

*

Ensure that all company procedures and policies are adhered to while managing customer care requests.

Requirements:

*

Minimum 3 years of experience in a customer care or aftercare role.

*

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

*

Ability to manage customer expectations and resolve complaints effectively.

*

Proficient in using CRM systems and office software.

*

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

*

Organized and self-motivated, with a keen eye for detail.
