We are seeking a motivated Quantity Surveying professional to join the team. This role offers variety, growth, and the chance to work on exciting projects.

The duties of this position will include;

* Provide accurate cost management and project valuation for Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) works.

* Prepare and manage cost plans, tender documents, and contract administration.

* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.

* Provide regular financial progress updates and advise clients on cost implications.

* Negotiate with contractors and suppliers, ensuring value for money and quality.

The ideal applicant will possess the following skills and experience;

* Proven experience as an M&E Quantity Surveyor, with a strong understanding of both mechanical and electrical systems.

* Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.

* Proficiency in cost estimation software and MS Office suite.

* Strong interpersonal and communication skills to manage client and stakeholder relationships.

* Chartered status (RICS or equivalent) is desirable but not essential.

* A proactive attitude and a passion for delivering high-quality work is essential.
