Senior Quantity Surveyor

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join an established main contractor based in Bristol. The business undertakes notable schemes across the healthcare, education and commercial sectors with projects valuing up to £100mil. Projects are administered via a mix of JCT and NEC forms of contract and many projects are procured via local and government frameworks.

About the role of Senior Quantity Surveyor:

This opportunity is for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join an established main contractor to work on an upcoming healthcare scheme just outside of Bristol. The project is valued circa £11mil and will be administered via an NEC form of contract.

Responsibilities of Senior Quantity Surveyor:

Manage projects from pre-construction through to completion
Build relationships with client teams
Manage junior Surveyors in the team

Requirements for Senior Quantity Surveyor:

Experience administering JCT / NEC forms of contract
Experience working on framework projects
Live within commutable distance to Bristol
