Elevation Recruitment Group is partnering with a Sheffield-based business to recruit a dedicated Mechanical Fitter to join their team.

Location: SheffieldShift Pattern: Monday to Friday, Days, 40 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct precise repairs on motors
• Perform thorough repairs on pumps and gearboxes to ensure optimal performance
• Overhaul and repair generators, maintaining industry standards
• Apply strong problem-solving skills to resolve issues efficiently 
• Complete all tasks with exceptional attention to detail

Requirements:

• Solid background in electro-mechanical engineering
• Experience in condition monitoring is a plus
• Overhead crane operation experience is advantageous
• Knowledge of electrical testing is preferred
