Responsibilities:

Perform regular inspections, preventive maintenance, and fault diagnosis on BMS systems.
Carry out system backups, firmware updates, and software patches as needed.
Diagnose and resolve communication failures between BMS components, including controllers, sensors, and actuators.
Adjust setpoints, schedules, and control strategies to enhance energy efficiency and operational effectiveness.
Assist in commissioning and re-commissioning of BMS-controlled systems.

Experience Required:

Hands-on experience working with HVAC systems, lighting controls, and energy management systems.
Strong understanding of BMS control systems, including Trend, Tridium, Siemens, Honeywell, Schneider Electric, Johnson Controls, or similar platforms.
Experience in fault finding, diagnostics, and rectification of BMS software and hardware issues.
Ability to perform software upgrades, patches, and backups for BMS controllers.
