HLTA (High Level Teaching Assistant) | Full Time | Start Sept 2024

We are currently supporting a lovely school who are looking to recruit a dynamic and experienced HLTA to join their team of welcoming and committed practitioners.

About you, and the role as a HLTA:

You must have a Bachelors degree or the equivalent HLTA certifications to be eligible for this role.
You may work with various age groups and subjects, requiring adaptability and the ability to follow different curricula.
You will be able to collaborate with fellow teachers and support staff to ensure students receive a high-quality education that meets their needs.
Strong understanding of the curriculum and ability to deliver engaging lessons
Strong communication skills to collaborate with staff members and students.
Up to date enhanced DBS
A commitment to ensuring all students receive the best possible education.
Be able to follow lesson plans and instruction from the classroom teacher whenever required.Destination Education can offer a HLTA:
