🚀 The Opportunity:

You'll work alongside the Associate Director as the sole Civil Engineer, with the potential to lead and grow the civil team organically.
Be involved in high-value projects (£2M - £70M) across residential, commercial, healthcare, and education sectors in the Southeast.
Play a key role in the full project lifecycle, from initial concept to completion.
🔧 Your Role:

Lead the civil engineering function, developing drainage solutions using Civils 3D & InfoDrainage.
Collaborate with public and private sector clients to deliver high-quality designs.
Work closely with the structures team to ensure seamless project integration.
🎓 What You'll Need:

7+ years of UK experience in civil drainage design.
Strong expertise in Civils 3D & InfoDrainage.
A desire to take ownership and drive team growth.
