Join a dynamic and innovative team working for a global technology firm. Due to growth this firm are seeking an FP&A Manager to assist the financial planning and analysis efforts and support our strategic decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support business planning and strategic initiatives.
  • Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable insights to senior management.
  • Prepare and present detailed financial reports to stakeholders.
  • Analyse data from different departments
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial performance and operational efficiency.
  • Monitor and analyse key financial metrics and trends.
  • Provide strategic recommendations to enhance profitability and growth.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
  • Support ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects as required.

Qualifications:

  • Fully Qualified Accountant with 1-2 years PQE
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably outside of practise.
  • Proven experience in financial modelling, forecasting, and budgeting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with financial software and ERP systems.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
