The Industrial Work Solutions are currently seeking a motivated and acute individual to join our team, reporting to the Finance and Office Leader.
Key Responsibilities:
· Requesting quotes, and negotiating purchase terms and conditions.
. Creating purchase orders and sending them to chosen suppliers.
. Checking the supplier material specification meets customer requirements.
· Interacting with suppliers to develop a business relationship.
· Liaise with suppliers regarding delivery dates.
· Reconcile Invoices to Purchase orders, check for discrepancies and invoice queries.
· Raise Purchase Invoices.
· Work alongside production to ensure operational efficiencies are maintained.
· Update teams internally on Purchase order deliveries.
· Prepare reports, KPI's and communicate with management.
Person Specification
· Exceptional communication skills and telephone manner.
· Ability to work with tight deadlines.
· Previous experience in procurement procurement.
· Previous experience with ERP systems ideal.
· Knowledge of reporting information
· Identify cost savings and continual improvements.
Salary £25k depending on experience and qualifications
