Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and deliver high-quality fire safety strategies for buildings and infrastructure projects.

* Conduct technical analyses, including CFD and evacuation modelling, using tools like FDS, PyroSim, and Pathfinder.

* Manage projects end-to-end, ensuring quality, budget, and timeline objectives are met.

* Provide advisory support, including site visits during construction stages and external wall system assessments.

* Mentor and guide graduate fire engineers while driving technical excellence within the team.

* Stay up to date with fire safety legislation and standards, including Approved Document B, BS 9999, BS 9991, and BS 7974.

* Support business development by identifying new opportunities, preparing fee proposals, and building strong client relationships.

* Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 procedures and contribute to the company's reputation through conferences and training sessions.

What We're Looking For:

* A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (mechanical, structural, civil, or related field).

* A postgraduate fire engineering qualification (certificate, diploma, or master's degree).

* Full membership with the IFE (Institution of Fire Engineers) and working towards or already holding chartership.

* 6+ years of experience in fire safety engineering with a strong passion for the discipline.

* Proficiency with fire engineering tools and excellent knowledge of industry standards.

* A confident communicator with strong customer service skills and the ability to manage and mentor others.
