Elevation Accountancy and Finance are excited to be working alongside a fantastic business in the Wetherby area of Leeds as they look to recruit a Finance Assistant into their team on a full time, permanent basis.Duties and Responsibilities:

• Posting all bank transaction daily for all companies
• Ensuring the bank balances reconcile to the general ledger for all business entities
• Keeping the daily cashflow up to date
• Managing the long term cashflow
• Reconciling all loan account statements
• Posting of all loan transactions
• Bank Reconciliations
• Weekly bank pack
• Manage cashbooks module
• Month end cashbook reporting and ledger close
• Assist in the clearing of any payments on account
• Ensure all house completion journals are posted
• Post all cash associated with house sales
• Production of revenue schedules for month end reporting
• Ensure processes are followed in accordance with financial requirements
• Generate and distribute invoices
• Ensure receipts & invoices are issued
• Sales ledger month end report analysis

Person Specification:

• Experience in a similar role 
• Strong with systems and Excel 
• Able to commute to Wetherby - hybrid working
