My client in Greater London is looking to appoint talented Strategic Resourcing Lead on a Contract basis.

The role will be to lead, deliver and embed resourcing programmes, and to lead, manage and develop the resourcing team.

About the role:

Based in Greater London (Hybrid):

Provide creative, inclusive and innovative approaches that address under-representation, meet our aspiration to be an exemplar, inclusive employer.
Provide complex HR advice, guidance and analysis, specifically around resourcing, including equality, diversity and inclusion, ensuring best practice and legislative compliance.
Lead, manage, inspire and develop the resourcing teams providing expert level resourcing, recruitment and specialist support.
Lead and manage recruitment for executive-level roles, and oversee the approach for heads of service and specialist/hard to fill roles for the Council.About you:
You will have the following experiences:

Demonstrable knowledge and expertise in HR people management practices.
Impeccable stakeholder management skills at all levels.
Extensive experience in Strategic Resourcing programmes and operational leadership.
Local Authority experience is essential.What's on offer:

Salary: £450+ per day, inside IR35*negotiable based on experience
