Beach Baker is thrilled to partner with a prominent, long-established institution in Bristol seeking to add an in-house Building Surveyor to its team.About the Role:You'll join an established Estates team, handling maintenance, alterations, and improvement projects on a unique and diverse portfolio that includes some of the most prominent buildings in the region. Projects range in value, with budgets up to £1 million, with a particular focus on first safety and compliance works.About You:The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, ideally relating to fire safety. Proven experience in project management delivery within a building surveying role, particularly in a multi-disciplinary environment.
