Your Role & Responsibilities:

Assist and report to the No.1 Site ManagerOversee drywall & ceiling packages on high-rise residential projectsManage direct labour & subcontractors, offering technical guidanceEnsure quality control & maintain accurate project documentationConduct site inductions & toolbox talksOrganise labourers & fixers to keep the project on trackOrder materials and maintain commercial awarenessSupport and learn from senior site management

What We're Looking For:

??Strong technical knowledge of drywall & ceilings??SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid qualifications (or willingness to obtain)??A background as a fixer OR a graduate eager to learn??Good IT skills & ability to complete technical reports??A Full UK Driving License
