My client requires an Assistant Estimator/Estimator to join the pre-construction team, due to continued growth. Working for a growing regional main contractor that delivers a mixture of both new build and refurbishments.
As Assistant Estimator you will be working across a variety of sectors including Industrial, Hotels, Commercial, Retail, Student Accommodation, Apartments and Education and you will be pricing works up to from £5million up to £20 million.
They have a strong pipeline of secured works but due to demand are looking to expand their Estimating Team.

You will be strongly commercially minded with excellent negotiation skills. You will have strong communication skills and experience working closely with clients. They use industry leading estimator software Conquest and Pro Core to facilitate having successful results when tendering works.
