Duties

Managing the Trade Counter team
Assisting Trade customers on their purchases
Keeping the Trade counter area visually tidy and fit for purpose
Assisting new Trade customers in setting up invoice accounts
Updating Trade customers on stock availability

Skills and Experience

Essential to have experience of plumbing components and terminology
Previous Trade Counter experience
People management skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
