Are you fluent in French and passionate about HR? Our client, a global pharmaceutical giant based in Chester, is seeking an HR Advisor who is fluent in French and English to join their team on a temporary basis for 9 months.

Chester and Hybrid 50/50 but must live within an hours commute of Chester to apply and be successful.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in providing HR support to employees and managers across the organisation. You will handle HR inquiries through various channels, including case systems, chat, email, and telephony, ensuring that all customer needs are met in a timely and effective manner. Your expertise in HR policies and processes will be essential as you provide advice on policy matters, guide managers on application processes, and support employee movements, payroll, benefits, and compensation processes.

To ensure a seamless resolution of inquiries, you will collaborate with functional specialists, leveraging your knowledge and understanding of HR processes to interpret needs and resolve issues. Your excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, will be vital in interacting with clients and the HR function to meet business needs. Attention to detail, proficiency in HR systems, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion are qualities our client is seeking in an ideal candidate.
