What would I be doing?

As a Business Development Representative, you'll be working directly with the CEO. Your primary focus will be running outbound sales campaigns for one of their clients in an exciting and fast-paced industry.

You'll reach out to potential prospects via email, social media, and phone to generate interest and create opportunities with senior executives in large global organisations. You'll also be responsible for managing leads, tracking engagement, and refining outreach strategies to drive meaningful conversations with key prospects.

What do they expect from me?

  • Create and manage outbound sales campaigns across multiple channels utilising cutting-edge prospecting technology, email, social media, and phone.
  • Develop relationships with senior-level decision-makers at large enterprises.
  • Use CRM systems, AI, and lead generation tools to manage the pipeline and track engagement.
  • Analyse campaign performance and adjust strategies to improve results.
  • Stay positive, driven, and proactive, even when faced with challenges.
  • Communicate effectively, ask the right questions, and not shy away from picking up the phone.
  • Be reliable, show up, and be a committed and engaging team member.

What qualifications and experience do I need?

  • Experience in an outbound BDR role or similar, preferably selling to large enterprises.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and lead generation tools like Sales Navigator or similar.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A positive, driven, and analytical mindset with a willingness to take initiative.
  • Confidence in picking up the phone and starting conversations with senior executives.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while staying organised and motivated.
