Parts Advisor

Vanta Staffing Reading are recruiting for a Parts Advisor  to work for our prestigious client based in the Whittle Essex area. The client is seeking an experienced Parts Advisor. This is an exciting opportunity to take the next step in your career and join a well- established and successful team.

Requirements of a Parts Advisor:

• Identifying customer spare parts requirements: In-store, over the phone, and via email, using online parts systems
• Sales Order Processing and Invoicing: Using our Dealer Management System (Ibcos Gold).
• Organising part returns: Within time restrictions and coordinating with couriers.

  Details:

• Hourly rate: £14.50(Chance of on call extra earnings)
• Working hours: Monday to Friday 08:00AM-05:30PM(During harvest hours will be 7:30AM-to 6:30PM
• Location: Essex Whittle
• Duration: Permanent

 Role of a Parts Advisor:

• Excellent customer communication skills and telephone manner.
• Knowledge of agricultural machinery or automotive industry.
• Computer literacy: Confident using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Office
