Key Responsibilities:

* Managing your own caseload with administrative support given.

* Sales, purchase, freehold, and leasehold cases.

* Perform title checks, raise and respond to queries.

* Registered and unregistered titles.

* Managing leasehold flats, shared ownership properties, transfers of equity, and remortgages.

* Providing expert advice and guidance to clients throughout the conveyancing process.

* Ensuring efficient and accurate handling of property transactions.

Candidate profile:

* Experience in residential property matters is essential.

* Professional legal qualifications are beneficial.

* A thorough understanding of the legal requirements for sales, purchases, and associated transactions.

* Strong organisational and communication skills to deliver exceptional client service.
