TeamJobs is excited to offer an opportunity to join our client in Bournemouth as a Storeroom Operative. In this role, you'll collaborate with the sales administration team to ensure accurate and timely production and shipping of customer orders.
- Up to £24,000
- Monday to Friday 8.30am -4.30pm or 9am - 5pm
- 22 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays (raising with service)
Key Responsibilities:
- Pick, code, label, and package inventory according to work orders.
- Ensure customer requirements are met for safe and secure shipping.
- Maintain accurate stock records with regular checks.
- Organise inventory in designated bins and create new bins when required.
- Keep the warehouse clean, tidy, and well-organised.
- Track shipments and resolve any courier issues.
- Communicate delivery discrepancies and escalate problems to management.
- Ensure adequate stock of packaging and labelling materials.
- Organise supplies in a neat and accessible manner.
- Recode and relabel returned or cancelled goods.
- Liaise with other departments when necessary.
- Attend operations and sales meetings as required.
- Generate reports and contribute to smooth warehouse operations.
