Our client is a fun, innovative, and expanding giftware wholesaler based just outside of Leeds City Centre. They are seeking an experienced Finance & Admin Coordinator to join their small, collaborative team. In this varied and rewarding role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth running of the company's financial operations.

What You'll Be Doing as a Finance & Admin Coordinator:

Processing purchase invoices for UK and international suppliers
Arranging and managing supplier payments, including handling queries
Dealing with customer account queries and requirements
Handling UK/Ireland/Netherlands VAT compliance
Preparing monthly financial reports and KPIs
Facilitating intercompany transactions between the UK and globally
Supporting the wider business with other key administrative tasksWhat We're Looking For:

Excellent administrative and organisational skills
Strong experience working in a financial or accounting environment
Proficient in using Excel for data management and analysis
Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
Adaptable and eager to learn new processes
Experience in a product based company, ideally a similar SME environment in an all encompassing roleIf you have the required skills and experience, we'd love to hear from you.
