Are you an experienced housing professional looking to make a real impact in social housing management? Our client is seeking a Senior Neighbourhood Housing Officer to lead and support a team in delivering high-quality tenancy and estate management services.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Lead and supervise Housing Officers, ensuring effective case management and service delivery.
✔ Manage complex tenancy issues, including breaches, succession, and unauthorised occupation.
✔ Investigate and resolve cases of anti-social behaviour (ASB), working with partner agencies.
✔ Conduct estate inspections, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
✔ Provide expert advice on housing policies, procedures, and relevant legislation.
About You:
✅ Proven experience in social housing, tenancy management, and ASB enforcement.
✅ Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a team.
✅ Excellent knowledge of housing legislation and local government policies.
✅ Confident in handling complex cases and making informed decisions.
✅ IT proficient, including housing management systems and Microsoft Office.
