Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Financial Management: Lead financial reporting, analysis, reconciliation, and compliance. Manage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, credit control, and payroll processes.
• Team Leadership: Supervise the finance team, ensuring accurate and timely financial operations and reporting.
• Compliance and Standards: Ensure adherence to financial regulations and standards, collaborating with external accountants for compliance and accurate reporting.
• Operational Support: Oversee administrative tasks, maintain financial records, and manage ad-hoc financial projects.
• Regulatory Awareness: Stay informed about changes in financial regulations and standards, providing guidance to the finance team to ensure compliance.
