The Role:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Studies teacher to deliver engaging lessons to students in Key Stage 4 and 5. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of the Business Studies curriculum and a commitment to inspiring students to excel in both their exams and their future careers. You will play a key role in the development of students' business acumen and critical thinking, helping them apply business concepts to real-world scenarios.

Key Responsibilities:

* Deliver high-quality lessons in Business Studies to Key Stage 4 and 5 students

* Design engaging and innovative lesson plans that cater to the needs of all students

* Assess, track, and report on student progress, providing feedback to support their learning

* Prepare students for external exams, including GCSEs and A-levels

* Foster an environment of active learning and critical thinking

* Collaborate with colleagues in the department and across the school to support student development

* Participate in departmental meetings, school events, and professional development opportunities

The Ideal Candidate:

* A qualified teacher with a degree in Business Studies or a related subject

* Experience teaching Business Studies at Key Stage 4 and 5 level (GCSE and A-level)

* A passion for teaching and helping students achieve their full potential

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills

* Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a diverse range of tasks

* Commitment to high standards of teaching and learning

* A positive attitude and the ability to work effectively within a team
