£55,000 - £60,000 + Company Bonus

My client are seeking a talented Technical Delivery & Change Manager, who will work closely with the PMO Team & technical based teams to proactively identify the technical risks across business and technical projects; develop and implement technical documentation and procedures to meet customers SLAs and objectives.

Required skills:

IBM and ideally cyber security technical knowledge
Negotiating, influencing and building positive relationships with stakeholders at a senior level
Delivering quality outputs on time within a commercially focused, fast-paced environment
Solution driven with a positive approach to problem solving
A clear focus on continuous improvement and innovative solutions
Provide direction, coaching and support to colleagues as required
Experience in managed hosting and cloud services
Identify technical resolutions within customer requirements and project delivery timelines
Creating and managing technical quality documentation, particularly understanding risks, impacts, and schematics
Driving and leading a Change Control Management System across complex projects to budget.
