A fantastic primary school in Ealing is seeking a dedicated and passionate Intervention Teacher to provide targeted support to small groups of pupils across KS1 and KS2. Key Responsibilities:

Deliver targeted intervention sessions in literacy and numeracy to small groups and individual pupils.
Work closely with class teachers and the SENCO to identify pupils in need of additional support.
Plan and deliver engaging and structured lessons to help boost confidence and attainment.
Use formative and summative assessments to track progress and adjust intervention strategies.
Provide constructive feedback to pupils and parents, ensuring a strong home-school connection.
Support children with SEND, EAL, and those working below age-related expectations.
Collaborate with the wider teaching team to share best practices and resources.
