As part of their strategic growth in the North, they are seeking an ambitious and driven Office Lead to establish and lead their new Manchester office. Role Overview:
As the Office Lead for the M&E design team in Manchester, you will be responsible for setting up and leading the office, being the key point of contact for all business activities in the North. This is a leadership role, where you will not only manage and develop a high-performing team but also play an integral part in driving business growth by securing new clients and expanding relationships with existing ones.

Key Responsibilities:

* Team Leadership: Establish and lead the Manchester office, overseeing recruitment, training, and development of a new team of engineers and design professionals.

* Project Delivery: Manage and deliver M&E design projects for existing clients, ensuring high standards of quality, safety, and sustainability.

* Business Development: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, working closely with senior leadership to secure new clients and expand the project pipeline.

* Client Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for clients in the North, managing relationships, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored solutions.

* Strategic Growth: Drive the growth of the Manchester office by increasing the work stream, delivering on both client satisfaction and revenue targets.

* Operational Management: Oversee the smooth running of the office, including managing resources, budgets, and project timelines.
