Maintenance Contract Manager (Office/Site-Based)
Red Sky Personnel is recruiting for a Maintenance Contract Manager on behalf of our valued client, a leading building services company in Surrey. With a strong reputation for delivering high-end mechanical, electrical, and public health design, installation, and maintenance services across various sectors, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing company with prestigious clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage a team of office-based contract managers and engineers.
* Oversee the maintenance department, ensuring adherence to safety, health, environmental, and quality standards, as well as project management.
* Ensure statutory compliance for all essential and critical services on-site.
* Manage and uphold the company's quality procedures, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and audit ready.
* Conduct weekly and monthly client meetings to maintain strong relationships and address any issues.
* Prepare and submit work quotations for clients.
* Oversee and manage subcontractors to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery.
* Participate in monthly account manager meetings, reviewing performance and progress.
* Ensure KPIs and SLAs are met in collaboration with contract managers.
* Organise and manage the ordering of materials for ongoing projects.
* Maintain a strong knowledge of Microsoft applications and asset management software.
* Apply excellent problem-solving, diagnostic, and analytical skills to address challenges and drive results.
* Communicate effectively and foster a strong team environment.

* Proven experience in managing or supervising a maintenance department, including health and safety, environmental compliance, quality control, and project management.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
