Finance Assistant | North Kent | £26-27K - 18-month FTC

Or client based in the North Kent area are looking to appoint an Accounts Assistant to join their team. This role offers Hybrid working which includes 3 days office based and 2 days from home on a full-time basis.

The main purpose of the role is to provide administrative support to the Finance Manager and Management Accountant.

You will be responsible for:-

• Processing purchase ledger invoices
• Raising sales invoices and sales credit notes
• Weekly payment runs
• Allocating payments and receipts
• Maintaining the Aged Creditor reports
• Credit control duties

You will need:-

• Minimum 2 years in similar accounts position
• Attention to detail
• Excellent organisational skills and time management
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
