£12.10 per hour

Our client, a premier Build to Rent property in Salford Quays, is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Cleaner to join their exceptional team.

We are looking for a candidate who takes pride in their cleaning skills and is available to start immediately. The responsibilities for this role include:

• Vacuuming entrance carpets
• Dusting and wiping down common areas
• Preparing rooms for tenant move-ins
• Ensuring cleanliness of rooms after maintenance and repairs
