My client based in Greenhithe is looking to recruit a Customer Service Administrator for their busy sales office.

Duties include:

Data processingRaising Customer OrdersConfirming stock information and backordersAnswering customer queries via phone or email politely and professionallyDealing with any customer complaintsAd-hoc duties as required.

Ideally I am looking for an exceptional customer services assistant who has either working in retail or in an office environment.
