Production OperatorsPortchester£13.78 per hourOngoing contract Our client is an automotive parts manufacturer based in Portchester, who are looking to increase their workforce in the new year.Full training will be provided for these roles, previous manufacturing experience is not essential but production/manufacturing experience would be advantageous.Rotating shifts (6am - 1:55pm / 2:10pm - 10:05pm) Monday - Friday(Training will be on day shift hours)

The role:

• Efficiently and effectively manufacture automotive products following internal processes and procedures
• Checking defects on products by paying close attention to detail
• Build products to client and customer specifications
• Assist with replenishing supplies of parts when required
• Maintain and improve quality standards, report any concerns and continuously inspect work during the production process
• Adhere to strict safety, quality and production standards

The successful candidate:Would be reliable, punctual with the ability to work to and achieve targets and looking for long term.
