About the role: Higher Level Teaching Assistant: We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a vibrant primary school in Islington. You'll be working across both Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, providing essential support to teachers, and taking on a higher level of responsibility, including leading classes in their absence. This is a full-time, long-term position that offers a unique opportunity to make a real difference in students' learning journey.

Application Requirements:

• Hold HLTA status or equivalent qualification.
• Previous experience working across Key Stages 1 and 2.
• Strong classroom management skills.

• Right to work in the UK and clear DBS check.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the class teacher in delivering lessons.
• Lead classes independently when required.
• Work with small groups and 1:1 interventions.
• Assist in planning and preparing resources.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
