Trainer (Technical)

Location: Midlands (hybrid) with 1-2 days of travel per week Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum + Car/Vehicle provided

Key Responsibilities:

Delivering high-quality technical training programs to managers across the UK
Developing and maintaining engaging training materials, including manuals, presentations, and assessments
Providing ongoing support and guidance to managers, ensuring knowledge retention and application
Collaborating with subject matter experts to identify training needs and develop tailored solutions
Contributing to the development and implementation of the company's overall training strategy

Ideal Candidate:

Proven experience as a Technical Trainer in a corporate environment
Strong technical knowledge and ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
