This role will focus on enhancing online presence & drive sales through strategic digital initiatives. You will oversee and manage all digital platforms from a front-end sales, marketing, & customer experience perspective, ensuring a seamless & engaging online journey for customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Optimise digital marketing efforts for marketplace sales portals, including managing online reviews, feedback, & conducting competitive analysis.
• Provide reports to the Head of Marketing on key metrics, including customer demographics, SEO rankings, & ROI from PPC campaigns.
• Drive the adoption & usage of the company’s website & app to boost online business growth.
• Plan & implement digital channels to meet sales, marketing, & customer experience goals.

Requirements:

• Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Magento, WordPress), marketing tools, & CMS platforms.
• SEO & SEM Expertise: Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, & digital advertising strategies.
• Proficient in using analytics tools like GoogleAnalytics, SEMrush, & social media analytics to drive data-driven decisions.
• Innovative thinker with a keen eye for detail & a passion for optimising digital channels.
