Job Purpose

Regent’s University London is committed to providing a peerless student experience.  Recognising our diverse student body the Lead Student Wellbeing & Disability Advisor will lead and develop the Student Support & Wellbeing provision at Regent’s, including support for students with disabilities and for vulnerable student groups.

The post will have a focus on providing holistic and proactive support & wellbeing services; ensuring a student-centric, inclusive service that complies with relevant regulations and champions good practice. The post will effectively manage complex and challenging situations, often with competing demands, applying judgement and initiative.
