Social Value Manager

Based in West London - with some travel around London required

Winner recruitment are working with a leading FM Service Provider who are looking to bolster their team with a Social Value Manager. This opportunity is ideal for someone who shows a passion for their speciality and wants to join a business who focuses on their staff.

This is a full-time position but pro rota hours are available for the right candidate, as the Social Value Lead, you will work with the wider business to implement communications strategy, driving brand awareness and the organisations' corporate image, as well as supporting the wider business with their delivery of Social Value commitments in the communities in which they work.

You role and responsibilities

· You will be working across the business with staff at all levels to develop and implement effective communications and campaigns to support the companies brand within the market

· Writing and contributing to articles to showcase the companies people and capabilities using internal and third-party platforms and publications

· Engagement with internal staff, clients, project teams and stakeholders to implement social value programmes

· Represent the company at relevant events and networking opportunities

· Champion internal fund raising such as coffee mornings and other charitable events

· Monitoring the companies external image and raising the profile around Social Value

· Ensure that social value is consistent across the whole business and work streams

· Working with all staff around social value training where necessary

Work to the TOM's framework to ensure that all key areas are delivered and adhered too

What do you need for the role

· Previous experience within a similar role and experience in corporate social responsibility

· You will hold good knowledge of various social media platforms and web technologies

· You will have excellent communication both verbal and written with the ability to communicate at all levels across a business

· Proficient in IT applications such as Microsoft suite publisher and design platforms

· You will be passionate about innovation and striving for continuous improvement both personally and across a business
