My client is a leading designer and manufacturer of refuelling solutions and systems for a range of industries including Marine, Aviation and Defence. They are now looking to hire an experienced Electrical Design Engineer to join their established team in Stroud. The ideal candidate will come from an Electrical Design background, will be highly proficient with AutoCAD and will have PLC programming experience.

Undertaking 3D design in AutoCAD
Electrical and Pneumatic design
PLC Programming - training can be provided
Producing Bill of Materials
Testing equipment and undertaking Quality Assurance
Providing direction to a small team of electricians

Electrical Design Engineer Job Requirements

Previous experience in Electrical Design with AutoCAD
PLC Programming experience would be beneficial
Mechanical Design experience advantageous
Familiarity with testing electrical equipment and undertaking quality assurance activities
Based within a commutable distance of stroud

Electrical Design Engineer Salary & Benefits

Salary £35,000 - £40,000 DOE
31 days holiday inclusive of public holidays
Monday - Friday 08:30 - 17:00
