Premier Work Support are excited to be recruiting for temporary Production Operatives for a prestigious Catering client based in South West London. There may be an opportunity for permanent employment for the right candidate.

Our client supplies to London's top Restaurants, Hotels, Bars & Catering Companies with fresh seasonal produce. Due to the continued growth of the company, we are recruiting a team of production Operatives within the South West London area.

The duties and responsibilities of a Food Preparation assistant are:

Preparing the fresh fruit and vegetables to the requested size and shape.
Handling fresh produce.
All aspects of food preparation from cleaning to cutting and packing.
Precise and accurate results.
Understand the importance of working in a fast paced food manufacturing environment.
Experience with handling knives in a preparation background is extremely beneficial such as filleting and mass food preparation.
Previous kitchen experience is extremely beneficial. Shifts:

Sunday - Friday, 06:00 - 14:30 & 14:00 - 22:30. Flexibility with regards to this is key when meeting tight deadlines for mass production.

Pay rate: £11.44 per hour.
