About the Role: As a Primary School Teaching Assistant, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting teachers and pupils within the classroom. Your responsibilities will include:

• Learning Support: Providing individual and group support to pupils, both with and without special needs.
• Classroom Assistance: Assisting teachers in preparing lesson materials, setting up equipment, and maintaining a safe and tidy classroom environment.
• Behavioural Support: Managing behavioural issues and promoting positive interactions.
• Motivating Pupils: Encouraging engagement with learning activities and inspiring pupils to reach their full potential.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Experience supporting children within the primary age range (5 to 11 years) is beneficial.
• Knowledge of Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) is advantageous.
• Adaptability, patience, and a passion for education are essential.
